Integrated refrigerated shipping is possible with the full utilization of the Okinawa International Logistics Hub, air freight network and refrigerated shipping capabilities of All Nippon Airways.
With a high quality international refrigerated shipping service which can be used frequently, parcels can be delivered to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand as fast as the next day.

Creating a new fresh food market with two types of refrigerated shipping

This is the world's first service which can deliver perishable foods internationally while maintaining the freshness.
There are two types of temperature ranges: chilled and frozen. Integrated refrigerated shipping is made possible with special refrigerated/frozen facilities. Perishable foods, which previously could only be shipped within the country of produce, can now be enjoyed at the highest quality in countries throughout Asia.

High-quality refrigerated shipping that satisfies international standards

Yamato is implementing an international standardization project for its refrigerated door-to-door delivery service.
On February 28, 2017, Yamato received the certification for PAS 1018, the international standard for refrigerated delivery services, from the BSI Group (British Standards Institution).
Yamato will continue to provide high quality refrigerated delivery service based on the standard of the shipping country, air transportation and the destination country.

*Depending on the country, parcels may be delivered to customers at the airport. In such cases, Yamato will only be responsible up until delivery to the airport.

When either the parcel size or weight exceeds one of the size criteria listed below, the greater size will be used.

*In order to prevent quality degradation during shipping, Cool TA-Q-BIN does not accept parcels larger than Size 120 (linear dimensions of up to 120cm or weight of up to 15kg).
