How to Use

Q&A

QCan I divide up my luggage before dropping them off for delivery?

A

Of course you can.
However, your luggage is accepted at our counters located at airports or train stations, or at our Sales Offices located downtown, which means there is will not enough space to open and organize your suitcase. Therefore, please divide up your luggage in advance to ensure the process goes smoothly.

QWhere can I send it from? Can I also specify when items will be delivered?

A

Luggage can be sent from hotels and facilities as long as they are registered with Yamato Transport. Please enquire at the hotel or facility for more information. If the hotel or facility is not registered to use our service, please refer to the link below. (In Japanese only)

Unfortunately, you cannot specify delivery times to airports or accommodation providers such as hotels.

QWill my luggage be delivered to the specified hotel on the same day?

Same-day delivery services for ski or golf equipment that is not being used on the day of delivery may be available depending on the area. For more information, please refer to the link below.

QI do not know how to fill out the waybill. Do you have a filled-out example I can use?

We have counters which provide services in English and Chinese.
